Wooden Ice cream sticks visual selecting/sorting machine is combined by first selecting, second selecting and visual selecting machine with higher production capacity about 50,000-55,000pcs/hr. There is cameras and sensors to sort the defect automaticaly as per set up standard.

2. Bent sticks

3. Blalck or gray color spot sticks

4. Single piece sticks

5. Oversize sticks (width, thickness)

6. Half sticks

Any others defect based on customer s requirement.
